Meal Plan: October 21st
Monday: Instant Pot Chilli served with cornbread muffins
Tuesday: Whole30 Pork Chops served with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. I will be demo-ing this in Instagram stories
Wednesday: Easy Crispy Salmon Fish Sticks by the Defined Dish served with steamed broccoli and tarter sauce
Thursday: Picante Shrimp Salad with Lime Caesar Dressing by No Crumbs Left The boys usually have swim lessons on Thursday, so they can choose from Chick-fil-A, Chipotle or similar, so Roger and I can usually eat something a little spicier!
Take-out Friday: Quick Whole30 Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry Bowls by Healthy Little Peach You all know how I feel about stir fry, so I’m looking forward to giving Ashley’s recipe a try!
